The partner event with Bissantz on 27.11. (webinar)

Using business intelligence to consistently manage the entire company: that was the ambitious goal of Schäferbarthold, the automotive parts specialist. This was achieved with Bissantz software – and a project partner who is equally proficient in business management and technology.

“With DeltaMaster, we have succeeded in reorganizing controlling,” says Dr. Christian Schäferbarthold, Managing Partner of the company. “It was previously closely aligned with financial accounting and cost accounting, but now it is an effective, independent corporate management tool.”

The project specifications included developing a coordinated system of key figures, developing a better understanding of the business, strengthening customer orientation and being able to make better data-based decisions. Today, DeltaMaster is the central tool for business management at Schäferbarthold and is used across all departments, from procurement, logistics and sales to controlling and finance. Maintenance and further development of the solution can largely be carried out independently.

In the webinar, we talk to Dr. Schäferbarthold about his motivation, the results and the “lessons learned”. Alexander Jochum, Managing Director of DATA MART Consulting, is also on board as a “solution enabler” and has taken on the complete technical and commercial implementation of the project.
