A central principle is:<\/p>\n<p>&#8221; THINK BIG\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0 start small\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0 <em>scale smart <\/em>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Our methodology begins with scoping, in which we clearly define goals and priorities. These goals form the framework for requirements gathering, specification and phase definition. We take the overall company model into account and define individual phases that fully map specific subject areas and their technical requirements and benefits. Implementation is carried out in close cooperation with our customers&#8217; business and technical contacts using agile approach based on the elaborated specifications.<\/p>\n<p>This approach enables flexible adaptation during implementation and is accompanied by comprehensive quality management. The phases are prioritized according to the &#8220;must have &amp; nice to have&#8221; principle, implemented in this order and put into production so that the benefits are immediately visible. This allows us to verify the achievement of objectives and guarantee an ROI after the first sub-projects. Alternatively, we start with a defined use case as &#8220;proof of value&#8221;, which allows for even earlier verification of benefits and lays the foundation for subsequent project phases.<\/p>\n<p>This methodology has proven successful in our projects.
