Our experience encompasses the conception and implementation of integrated internal and external group reporting systems (horizontal integration) including data logistics and covering local data collection, data processing and Web-based analysis of consolidated results (vertical integration). The successful implementation of an integrated, group-wide internal and external reporting system (IFRS and US-GAAP) for both group of companies and subgroups and the realisation of the “Fast Close” concept has resulted in a significant improvement of investor relations at our reference customer Novartis International AG.
